Do you have yearly traditions for the Halloween season? If so, what are they?

Basically it can be how your family does things, how you in particular does thing, or anything like that. Could be decorations or treats or watching certain movies or TV show episodes or anything. If there's something you specifically do every year because of Halloween then tell us all about it.

I usually watch horror movies leading up to, listen to a few seasonal podcasts, go to my friend's house for a small party or help take his kids out trick or treating.  Every year I plan on doing the 31 Days of Halloween Horror Movie Challenge, but ultimately fall off (G1 doesn't help matters), so that's kind of a tradition of it's own: Trying and failing to watch one horror movie a day for the month of October.
