American Nightmare

You know, I’m thinking that I’m a charity case. Every single opportunity I got is always given. I haven’t done anything to earn these rights and that’s including a spot in The American Dream Championship Elimination Chamber match. I mean, look at the rest of the participants. My Friend, Reno Dumont was getting an ambushed at Violent Ends. Sure, it was legal in an Outlaw match but regardless, Reno lost in an unfair manner. Claudia Michaels didn’t really beat Reno after all and he won the Ladder match at Violent Delights after all. Both Maverick and April Song earned their spots respectively after beating the other 4 competitors in The Six-Pack Challenge match. The Professional, as much as I hate the guy, he earned the right to challenge Claudia for The American Dream Championship even though he stole my number. See what I mean now? First it was Claudia herself that picked me as a competitor both in the Ladder match and Bloodbath Battle Royale match respectively and now Jaywalker is the one that giving me this chance. The difference between the two previous matches that I was in and this Elimination Chamber match is that I was participating to earn the right to challenge for the AD Championship while this one is straight up a title match. If you look at my overall winning and losing records, my record one isn’t the best one.

Is it because Jaywalker feeling sorry to me? That he feels I was getting screwed both in VD and VE? That he wants to stop The Underworld’s shenanigans as much as The Wildcards does? That he wants to crown the first ever AD Champion so bad hence why Claudia is getting 4 challengers in this Elimination Chamber match? Well, excluding The Professional of course because he’s just a Claudia’s puppet. I don’t know what is Jaywalker thinking but he decided to name me as a challenger for this match. I mean sure, we have Arata Asakura and Havoc as our champions and they got their title matches after their respective Architects named them as their challengers respectively but they are different than me. No one can denied Asakura’s talents. Brian Daniels saw something in him just after he beat me and Brian was right. Asakura has successfully defended his Shogun Championship 3 times in the row and no wonder why he wants to face off against Jaydayne Pendragon so bad. Havoc’s records is clear as day as he never got pinned or submitted before he won The European Championship. Both men are incredible in-ring performers and that’s why they are champions now. Does Jaywalker have a faith in me to end Claudia’s terrors? To bring a prestige to the AD Championship just like how both Asakura and Havoc are doing it with their respective titles? I only won 3 matches so far and not to mention, Reno helped me out to beat Claudia in the Outlaw Rules match and he was also the one who did the heavy lifting job at Drake&Jones games final at VE so am I truly a worthy contender in this match? Is my personal vendetta against The Underworld truly a valid reason for me to be added in this match? I’m not so sure, but I guess Jaywalker and everyone know how angry I am for everything The Underworlds has done to both me and Reno. No one wants to keep getting screwed all the time and that’s why I can’t keep questioning my spot. Whether I deserve this chance or not, I see this as a good opportunity for some kind of revenge to take away the AD Championship from Claudia’s hands.

Yeah nah, it’s evidences that I’m not in the best mood lately and the desire for both personal and professional things are on my mind. Revenge and Glory. Blood and Prestige. I could try to play with words but in the end I have made my intentions loud and clear. No matter how much of a charity case I am, I’m already having a spot in this match. To both Claudia and The Professional I’m willing to break their necks and hurting their feelings respectively for this match. I made someone tapped-out here once and he’s never seen here again anymore and I know I’m capable to do it again. I didn’t do that on purpose and no hatred from me at all. Imagine what I could do to both of them when my mind is telling me to look for a payback.

But then again, my aspirations to be the AD Championship is big enough. So getting a revenge isn’t the only thing I have in my agenda. Whether I’m a charity case or not, I’m in this match and I have a chance to win this match to become the first ever AD Champion. I’ve been a mainstay of an AD competitor since day one just like Reno is. I don’t think I can back away from this match. So many things happened both the good ones and the bad ones and it lead me to this. I don’t want to stop because no matter what, I want to win the AD Championship. Whether people think I deserve a spot for this match or not, countless people described me as an “American Dream Personified”. I always have a tough moment in my wrestling career you know? But I never give up and never surrender and just keep fighting the good and bad fights. Keep going againsts all the odds. Keep solving cases. Keep proving that I’m capable for something.

Everyone know Indonesia doesn’t have any pro wrestling. I had to fly to Australia to start my wrestling training and made my official wrestling debut on August 2012. Then I began to wrestle in some countries such as Japan and England just to name a few until I landed in America for the first time in 2016 to wrestle in a wrestling company. I had a problem to win any championship until I won their version of an American Championship more than a year later and held it for 4 months and making everyone who challenged me took off from that company and that’s including one half of the CDP Architects: Drake Jaeger. They tried to step up but they were unable to keep up and all of them including Drake decided to say a “goodbye” as soon as they failed to beat me for that title.

And you know what? My current situation is exactly very similar like it was 3 or 4 years ago. As I said, I don’t have the best record right now but I know I’m capable to do a good job as a champion. Who knows as soon as I win the AD Championship at Badlands, Claudia decides to quit her job as an architect? Who knows if both The Professional and even Wraith decides to go with her? Maybe it needs to be done after all. Maybe that’s what people want. Maybe this is truly going to be the end of The Underworlds’ reigns of terrors. Their beginning is going to be their end.

But hey, I think I have talked so much about Claudia and The Professional. Maybe I need a little break to talk about them because we have a few other people in this match. Let’s start with Maverick shall we? You know, we never really interacted before, Maverick. Never had a problem with you and never hate you. Not even a single dislike. Sure, you’re an arrogant individual but no one can denied your talents. As I said, you earned your spot and that’s why you’re in this match. I don’t know much about you prior to this but I’m pretty sure you always leave a mark in every companies that you were in. I was in backstage too when you won in your OWA debut as well. See? You’re really that talented, Maverick. You’re truly a great in-ring performer. But even so, April Song demonstrated it at chapter 9 that this kind of match might not be your speciality. Sure, it was just the two of you but April used her surrounding better than you. She sent you into a glass pod with an european uppercut and made you crashed it. And then she hit the small package piledriver from the top of pod and not to mention, you were actually the one who wanted to jump from it. I don’t want to sound like I’m underestimating you, Maverick but if only one person was all it took to beat you inside a chamber, imagine some combinations from some people could do for you. I can’t thank you enough for helping The Wildcards against The Underworlds at both chapter 8 and 9, April and that’s why both Reno and I decided to accompany you to the ring at chapter 9 until you know what happened. The Wildcards owes you a debt, April and we’ll help you out again sooner or later. But I apologize in advance, if you want us to help you out to win the AD Championship for this match then we can’t do it. I want to win it and Reno wants to win it too. But hey, I believe you’ll understand and I don’t think you need our help to win this match after all. You’re always a great in-ring performer. That’s why you’re an OWA Goddess Champion now. I believe you would want to win this match by yourself as well. I like you April both as a person and as a wrestler and it’s such a shame that we have to fight for a prize but regardless, let’s just go out there and prove it to one another that who needs it more. You or me? I know how serious you are going to be in this match but I’m much more determined than you are. I showed it to you at the Bloodbath Battle Royale when I entered from the number one entry and ended up being the runner up in that match and I’m willing to show it again in this match.

I have been thinking this for a few weeks but please listen to me, Reno Dumont. Reno, my friend, my Wildcard partner, if there’s anything in the world that I hope to avoid is this. Both of us want a same title. Our eyes locked on a same prize and we both have a same goal to get some kind of revenge to both Claudia and The Professional. But I guess we can’t avoid this can we? I understand, you want to put Claudia’s head on a stick so bad and if that’s what you want, then by all means. The Professional is the one that I want to send to hell anyway. But we both still want The American Dream Championship regardless.You’ve always been there for me. You offered yourself to be my partner when you were dealing with Claudia already and turned out we are having a shot as friends, partners, and a team to be the first ever COP and as I said, you did the heavy lifting job, trying to protect my well being in the D&J Games final match. I haven’t really done anything for you. I wasn’t there when The Professional threw you out and blew up your chance to be the first ever AD Champion. Sure, it was an unexpected event but I wish so bad I could at least accompany you to that ring. I haven’t been a good friend to you Reno and I don’t want to disappoint you. I do want you to win this match, Reno, I honestly do. But let’s imagine a scenario where both of us are the last 2 competitors in this match. What would you want me to do Reno? Would you want me to lay down and letting you pinning me? Would you be satisfied? I don’t know, but I personally wouldn’t. I will prefer it if you and I battle with everything we have until one of us winning the AD Championship. If you happen to win it, whether you kick my ass or not, trust me, I’m going to be happy for you. Could you do the same if I win this one instead? Would it affect our friendship? Would you still be willing to fight with me to battle Drake&Jones? I’m looking forward to hear your answer, Reno.

Not going to lie, I have let you both living inside my head for the past few months and this is indeed my shoot and Reno’s to massacre you both.

Let me talk about you first, The Professional. You sounds like a broken record, you know that? If you really want to break my spirits, then congratulations, you have done a terrible job. I’m still here, fighting against all the odds, kicking your ass, and keep exposing it to the world how much of a liar and a fraud you really are as a so-called wrestler. And once again, I don’t really care who you are behind that mask because as far as I’m concerns, you’re just a walking target for me. You’re just a deadman, waiting for the day you’re going to die. You’re just wasting your time if breaking my spirits is the only thing you want in Wrestleworld. Countless people tried and countless people failed. You’re only going to be added to that list soon. Hell, even Claudia asked me once when will I stop in a desperate tone. Maybe she knows that I’m capable to win the AD Championship and ending her reign of terror. It’s not because I’m special, never even considered myself as one anyway but it’s because I’m truly a threat to her. Maybe that’s why she wanted to pay you. I’ll give you a credit. You’re very good with sneaking attacks and costing my match and Reno at both VD and VE respectively but now it’s different. You’re going to enter that chamber and having yourself exposed since the first second at Badlands. You’re brave enough but not good enough in a straight up fight. I have proved it to you dozen of times now. Remember what happened at chapter 8? Yes, I dominated you. Torturing your sorry ass. All you could do was hitting me with a vicious chop block and you were only able to do it because I was lifting up Claudia. And then I took control of the brawl at chapter 9. You’re just a terrible fighter and you’re going to get your head kick in once again delivered personally by me at Badlands. And once again, let me remind you what happened at Chapter 8? I was damaged enough, thanks to all 3 Underworlds’ shenanigans but I was still willing to join the fight after the match because I can’t let Reno and April getting outnumbered. Luckily I wasn’t home and I was able to back them up even when I wasn’t on my best conditions. I’m 100% healthy now though to send you back to school once again. The worst isn’t yet to come for you The Professional and if this is truly the last chance I have to massacre you, then I will enjoy every single moment of it to watch you beg for some mercy. You can’t negotiate this with me anyway and I’m gladly refused your offer to leave Claudia alone because you and I both know that she wouldn’t be able to get up from my AA if not because of Wraith.

And finally, Claudia Michaels. I’ll admit it that I was given a free ticket by Jaywalker. I already stated how I feel about it but I know I can end your dictatorship. You said that you don’t need a pity party but you were trying to convince me to not accept your own challenge at chapter 6 and even tried to have me joining you and living as a prince back then. You’re truly contradicting yourself because your fear of me is controlling your head. Your mind is already messed up. You aren’t able to think straight. You know damn well I won’t ever back down and keep moving forward because you know it that I’m capable to become the first ever AD Champion. You want me to walk to this match but you aren’t capable to stop me. The Professional isn’t either. That’s why you hired a third wheel in Wraith to do that. You needed 2 people to take me out. You know it that you wouldn’t be able to kick out from my AA at chapter 8 and I’m starting to think that even without Reno’s interferences, I’d still be able to beat you at Chapter 6. This is why I don’t need a miracle or a luck to beat you. All I need is just my determinations and my fists. I’m glad that you don’t hate me because now I don’t need to feel guilty when I take that AD Champions away from your shoulders. I know it’s your nightmare, Older Sister.

Maybe I’m not an American Dream personified after all. I’m perhaps an American Nightmare.
