Jones trespasses

The camera pans over an empty Crown Coliseum. It cuts to multiple shots of empty hallways, empty seats and an empty ring. The camera then pans to Jay Jones, sitting with his feet up, in the 300 level.

Jones: In only a few days, this grand stadium will be full of life. Full of fans, full of wrestlers hungry for glory, for success. The truth is, unfortunately out of the many wrestlers competing at king of the world, only a few will walk out victorious. I, of course, intend to be one of them, but I don’t want to talk about myself like others love to do. You’ll find out in that ring anyway, I’ll let my performance there speak for itself.

Actually, I feel like talking about my competition, the people who have the audacity to think they can handle me in the ring, the poor guys and gals who will all end up with the same sad fate, just watching me, sprawled out on the floor as I either pin one of them for a three count or grab that coveted briefcase everyone’s all worked up about. I know the last time you saw me, I said a little bit about my competition, but let’s refresh your memories a bit.

Jones: Let’s start with the pre-show, AJ Jenkynx and Kennedy Matthews. AJ, the guy who chose to pursue wrestling after a tragic car accident is probably the least of my competition. What if that accident never happened? Would you be picking up garbage somewhere? Asking if you want fries with that? The truth is that basing your whole career, your whole existence on a tragic event is the worst thing you could have done. You had a second chance at life and you decided to spend it getting your ass kicked in a wrestling ring. You call yourself a saint, but all I see is someone who made a lot of bad decisions. You'd be better off staying dead instead of taking up oxygen with your pointless second life. You act like such a tough, hardcore guy but the truth is that you'll be just like the rest of them, all talk and nothing to actually show for it. You're nothing special, just more lightweight in my path. Now let's talk about my second pre-show opponent Kennedy Mattews, the pornstar turned wrestler. Yeah. I know. Sounds weird to me too. You'd think sex work is already an honest living, but I guess she had to try her hand at wrestling as well. With all that talking, about her skill, her abilities, in and out of the ring, I don't know if she can back that up. To be honest, I'm not sure if she can do anything in the ring since there's not a pole in there for her to dance on. I guess we'll find out in the ring what she's really made of.

Jones: Now let’s move on to the feast of the fallen. 11 wrestlers, all vying for that precious title shot. Of course only 1 of them will actually grab a coveted briefcase. First, let’s start with Alyssa Grace, the edgy redhead of wrestleworld. You might have some respect around here, but to me, you’re nothing special. You’ll have to earn my respect in the ring first after you pry that briefcase out of my hands. Colt Montoya, the basic, yee-haw alcoholic cowboy that belongs in a corny western movie. The only reason he’s here is that he feels like scrapping with someone. Little does he know that the feast of the fallen isn’t just a drunken bar fight. I guess he’ll learn someday. Noah Leota, the definition of nepotism just doesn’t have what his ancestors had. I assume he’ll last a few months with his parents breathing down his neck, and then run off somewhere to become an accountant. It’s pathetic to see people struggle to live up to family expectations. Now Megalo, the self-defined “dictator” is really just a guy running around in his old Halloween costume. Let’s hope they can get it together before they get arrested for public indecency. I hope they know no one takes them seriously. Jacob Senn has an impressive list of accomplishments but to be honest, that doesn’t mean much to me. I don’t know how many of those are made up, or were just handed to him, the only thing that matters to me is how good he is in a ring. At the feast, we’ll see if he can back those records up. Jimmy Johnson, the guy who’s motive for competing is so he doesn’t starve. I’m pretty surprised he hasn’t already starved, to be honest. How many wins can you really get when you’re always looking for a snack? Raoul the guy without a last name, just desperate to force his way into the main event scene with a mixture of bad insults and grovelling. I don’t expect much of him, but maybe he’ll prove all of us wrong and finally get that big push he’s been dreaming of. Don’t count on it though. Wraith, the man trailing after Alyssa Grace like a sad puppy, just begging her to pay attention to him. It’s sad, considering he thinks he’s some knockoff satan, you’d think he’d be more obsessed about the feast then Alyssa Grace. Kenneth Ishikari, the walmart Aiden English I think would rather pursue his singing dreams than his wrestling dreams. He’s not even good at either thing, lip-syncing his songs and being a failure in the ring. Finally, Kanaida Sharpe, the wrestler whos only in it for the fun. I don’t know why its fun getting the shit kicked out of you, day after day, but I guess everyone has their thing. We’ll see if he can maintain his happy attitude after his next loss at the feast.

On the 19th I’ll be finally making my debut, I’ll finally see, what wrestleworld is really made of.
