Gimmick Description: Used to be a simple powerhouse wrestler, but his age and physical limitations have forced him to become a wily, scrappy veteran who finds a way to win at any cost. He is fixated on making all his opponents “Die For Their Sins” whether these sins are real or perceived
Brief Biography (optional):
At fifty six years old, Nero Sin May very well be the oldest and most accomplished member of Wrestleworld, he has wrestled all across the world and the underworld, (yes, he really wrestled in Hell itself) and has won countless championships throughout his nearly four decades of in ring experience.
However, while Nero has never met his match in the squared circle itself, one opponent has consistently gotten the better of him in recent years, Father Time. At his advanced age, Nero is not quite as fast, strong, or flexible as he once was. In past years he would be able to finish off any opponent with his flying knee drop, but these days he almost never dares to go to the top rope for fear of injury.
Like all great grapplers though, Nero has adapted his style to cover his weaknesses. He has vastly improved his striking, and has several knockout wins under his belt. While not a submission expert, he has been known to work over his opponent’s back and attempt to win matches with Boston crabs and camel clutches, and can also lock in a devastating triangle choke from his back. His primary finisher, the Sin Effect, can also be smoothly transitioned into an anaconda vice, although doing this minimizes the impact of the Sin Effect, so Nero doesn’t do this often.
He gets his nickname from his time in Japan, where he was referred to as both a kaiju (monster) and a gaijin (foreigner). He put the words together and called himself the American Kaijin, striking fear into the hearts of all who challenged him.
Nero comes to Wrestleworld with a chip on his shoulder, unsatisfied with his recent losses and knowing his time as an active competitor is running out. He sees Wrestleworld as one last chance, one final opportunity to regain his former glory. He will become heavyweight champion once again.... and anyone that gets in his way will DIE! FOR! THEIR! SINS!
