| Defeated Jacob Senn
Date September 6th, 2020 Show/PPV Chapter 19: "Strong Style" Location Neutral Territory, Wrestleworld Venue Heavens Arena Championship Win Following a controversial defeat at the hands of Jacob Senn at Dreamworld, Jaydayne Pendragon made a shocking announcement that would make an immediate rematch official between Senn and Arata, this time with the stipulations that anyone that interferes would be fired. The match went on as planned with no interventions and no more controversy as the two hated foes battled at Chapter 19 of Book 2. In the end, Senn was overwhelmed and ultimately defeated at the hands of his rival as Arata Asakura managed to recapture the Shogun Championship and become the first ever 2-Time Champion in Wrestleworld.
Championship Defenses October 18th, 2020: Arata would find himself pitted against his three biggest rivals in Wrestleworld when Jaydayne Pendragon officially announced that the Shogun Championship would be put on the line in a Fatal Four-Way Match at By The Sword. Animus, Reginald Dampshaw III, and former Shogun Champion, Jacob Senn, would attempt to seize the opportunity, but ultimate it was Arata who successfully conquered his mortal enemies despite the stacked odds and found a way to successfully retain the Shogun Championship.
Championship Loss Only moments after successfully retaining the Shogun Championship at By The Sword, Asakura found himself challenged by a new foe in Emmanuelle. Having won the Dreamscape Match at Dreamworld, Emmanuelle used her Championship opportunity to throw the gauntlet down to Arata Asakura. Emmanuelle deemed herself the fresh new face of the Shogun Division along with her resume she had earned elsewhere, but Asakura showed no intimidation as he welcomed the new challenge before him. The two would exchange heated words with one another throughout the weeks leading up to War of the Worlds in which both would make it clear that more was on the line than merely the Shogun Championship. It became about simply who was better, who truly represents the Shogun Division, and about simple respect. Emmanuelle felt Asakura's time had passed while Asakura intended to silence and humble the cocky newcomer. The match itself ended up being just as heated as both competitors battled it out in an incredible bout for the fate of the Shogun Division. However, in the end, Asakura - having carried the Shogun Division since Wrestleworld's inception as a two-time Champion - would shockingly fall to Emmanuelle, perhaps beginning a new era of the Championship and Division itself.
