The first sight to be seen is the glint of steel that is being shimmered in the light before the shine dims down to reveal a familiar briefcase that was seen on the most recent edition of Wrestleworld. The briefcase is set upon a table to where it is opened to where suddenly a chuckle is heard, only for the face of the person with this case to be revealed as Jacob Senn, dressed in his all-black street gear and a pair of aviator sunglasses on his face. He removes the sunglasses and tucks them into the jacket that he’s wearing to reveal the baby blues that are staring down at what is nestled inside the briefcase. He proceeds to lift his face up as he closes the case.
You know, I couldn’t help myself last week. Last week, it was just going to be a night where I was going to announce my return to the wrestling industry under the banner of Wrestleworld. I was going to make my claim for the richest prize in this sport, I was going to do what I do best in making my climb to the top of the mountain around here, and make sure to make another company be established to provide another alternative that the people of this sport can take delight in. However, plans change. My crosshairs have been diverted from the goal of strapping this company on my shoulder and carrying it up the top to make an example out of someone and showing them what a real wrestler is. My goal is to show a certain individual exactly what it takes to be the best wrestler in the world and right now, I think I’ve been paid handsomely to do so. Chad Kennedy, the prodigal son that has made his way into the wrestling kingdom that he believes he is destined to inherit from the man that shot him out of his loins into some lady of the night that he stumbled upon, has called for someone to gift him with the knowledge and tutelage from a life coach to be the best wrestler he can be. Since I have this nice case of cash to be able to put somewhere nice and safe, why don’t I give you a pointer, just because I can. Does that work out for you? It’s simple and something that even your blonde bimbo lover could comprehend for you to where even if you forget, she’ll be right there to remind you. Get your head out of your ass. You may be born from the loins of a wrestling legend and might have a few neat tricks that you can pull off because of it, you might have more money than you know what you can do with, but that blind and ignorant arrogance that you have that I have to sit in the back to listen to is what will make you taste exactly what hit you when I ran down that ring on the last chapter of Wrestleworld: humiliation. I don’t need an entire speech about how much money you have, how many women you’ve slept with, how much money you spent on a cheap suit you bought from Men’s Wearhouse to be able to look the part of a rich playboy, or how awesome you are at being a wrestler. I want to see it. I want to see what you have to offer because if there’s one thing that you have that could be your saving grace in this business, it’s potential. The best thing is that I will actually have a front row seat to see what kind of potential you have and what you can do since I will be your tag team partner against two other new bodies that are making their entrance into Wrestleworld with Ryan Young and Scott Smith. These men are hungry, starving, and ravenous for the opportunity to be able to make a name for themselves and to have the same success that someone like me or your father was able to create, and I want to see how you’re going to handle them and if I decide that you might be worth my time, I might just decide to get involved and provide a full crash course to everyone involved on what it means to be one of the greatest wrestlers alive on this planet! I might just provide the world a glimpse of what it means to truly be… iconic.
However, I’m not going to waste my time with someone that is not going to take the nuggets of knowledge that a wrestling icon like me happens to bestow upon you, Chad. If you think that you know better and can defeat this pair of new blood with the way that you’re doing things, I’ll leave the floor for you to be able to do that, but I’m not going to be some butler in this tag team match that is going to be sent out here to do your dirty work while you lounge around like a king eating grapes on the sidelines. You’re going to fight, you’re going to work for the victory that you’re going to want in this tag team match, and there’s not going to be some red carpet laid out for you to be able to strut on to get whatever you want because you have a famous Daddy and have some money in the bank. It’s going to be a struggle as I promise you that the two men that stand across from us have the desire and fire that could send them over the edge to make sure that they walk out with the victory at the end of the night. They’re willing to go all the way to make the statement that they deserve to be in this ring and taken seriously as competitors, but are you willing to go that extra mile to make sure that you walk out of your debut match with your hand raised? I see that you have the potential to bring that ability to knock these two down and snatch that debut victory to establish yourself as someone that shouldn’t be taken at face value of the spoiled child of a legendary wrestler! I see the success that you could become… but whether you actually become it will be determined by the path that you choose to take. So, what choice will you make, Chad? Are you going to actually show the world how rich you actually are in terms of wrestling ability or are you just going to be another arrogant bitch that’s more bark than bite? Depending on your choice, the world might get to have a momentary glimpse of what it means to be… iconic.
The man of the hour shakes his head to where he throws back on the aviator shades, lifts the briefcase off of the table, and turns away to close this out as it can be seen that he’s more than prepared for the journey to come with this newfound mark in Chad Kennedy.
