KOTW #1: Ten Aspects of Death.

05.11.21 Unknown Location

*On this Sunday, the moment Arata had been waiting for since April 2020 would finally come. Finally, his long-awaited chance to regain what had been stolen from him and then brazenly abandoned by Tristan Killebrew, was at his fingertips. It was this way of things that made Arata feel even more humiliated. Not only his own body disappointed him back then, but also the man who defeated him gave up when he began to struggle. Arata was truly tormented by the thought that he really lost to someone like that. Especially since he was always the person who didn't know when to quit. He never thought too much about what the future held, but always instinctively pushed forward. The Japanese man couldn't do otherwise, he just didn't want to stand still. If he didn't behave this way, he would never have achieved what he already has, but it still wasn't enough for him. Perhaps he was two times Shogun Champion and the longest reigning champion in the whole Wrestleworld since this company. But Arata still felt there was a lot to be achieved, and being King of the World would be like a fresh surge of energy to do it. Especially after all these months during Book 2, when he has been tormented by Animus and many other enemies that keep popping up. However, Arata was getting used to it already. He had realized long ago that people would hate him anyway, in fear of his greatness or their own jealousy. That's why he didn't care that much at this point. In fact, when he saw the same sneaky faces trying to ruin his career, he started to smile. It was no different, when he found out that Emmanuelle had qualified for the finals.*

*As the shot opens, the viewers' attention is immediately drawn to a huge stone throne, behind which there is boundless darkness. However, there is something else as well. A small stone table with a shining replica of the crown, which will be given to the winner of the tournament. After a moment of silence, a well-known figure emerges from the darkness. It is none other than Arata Asakura, dressed in a rather unusual outfit, composed of a long white coat, something resembling a white shirt without buttons - tied in the waist area with a pink ribbon, wide white trousers and sandals. The Japanese man runs his hand over the cold surface of the throne, then sits down, resting his elbow on the armrest, and his fingers touching his cheek. After a short while, his tone of voice echoes through the almost empty area.*

Success is what almost everyone strives for. However, most of them don't have the right approach to it. As I have noticed many times myself, many people prefer the result itself over the path taken to obtain it. Of course, this is not something we always have influence on. Sometimes it is harder or easier for reasons beyond our control, but the important thing in this matter is the approach to the situation. As already mentioned, for many people only the final effect counts and they proudly raise their heads, not having any regrets about how it happened. This is mainly the result of arrogance, which is quite a popular phenomenon these days that many do not even understand. Personally, I believe that this is something that only the strongest have a right to. Yet too many fools try to pretend to be that kind of warriors. It is like the easiest way to fall down on your own wish, when they finally meet someone much stronger than themselves. Even if sometimes luck can play a big part in the duel, they  can't always rely on such fragile things. Sooner or later, destiny would get such a fool anyway. What's interesting. They're mostly the same fools who think that only success counts. The same people who believed that what was in the past did not matter in the slightest. While I am different. Honestly, I am tormented by dissatisfaction, or actually boredom when it happens. As you can see. From the very beginning I did not hide the fact that King of the World was undemanding to me. First I had some jobber, then Nobi and Crab boy. Until finally, there was a hope that in the end, I would get at least a bit of emotion in me during the finals. That dealing with all this waste of space will be rewarding while meeting someone worthy of attention. And honestly, it couldn't have been better. I couldn't imagine anything more satisfying than our rematch, Emmy. Mainly because this is not only a chance for me to put my hands on the crown, but also to pay you back for everything you've done to me so far. As they say. I am going to kill two birds with one stone.

*Arata's cheek lifts up in a slight smile that a few seconds later is just a memory. His face turns serious again in a blink of an eye.*

You see, it is about something more than just a regret that you were the only one who was able to dethrone me for the Shogun Championship. We're not talking about Jacob Senn, because we all know what the circumstances were then. Either way, there was always something more in my mind, when I was thinking about you, Emmy. It was mainly about showing that your confidence is just a fragile armor that is easy to destroy. It's always been about proving how small and insignificant a person you are in comparison to me. Even if you try to make others think the way you want. But most importantly, it's about making everyone understand what a toxic and shitty person you are. Ironically enough. It not only has a negative impact on your surroundings, but also on you, Emmy. Therefore, there is a perfect wording for what leads you. Namely, the Ten Aspects of Death.

*Arata raises one finger up.*

Let's start with something that may seem to be astonishing, looking at such a tiny girl, but you have a surprisingly large amount of rage in you. Rage, that is poisoning your body and everything that comes its way like venom. If I think about it now, I don't remember ever seeing you in a good mood. You are always sulky with that stupid expression on your face. The moment, when you are not looking for a reason to argue, literally doesn't exist. Even if it is to be caused by childish teasing on Twitter. However, this is something that can be ignored. Honestly, I have no reason to get into verbal attacks on social media with a spoiled little bitch. I am too old for that shit. The problem is, ignoring you makes you even more aggressive. I don't know where your need to constantly have my attention comes from, but I will surprise you that the world does not revolve around you. Even so, you're still trying to make it happen by pushing yourself into someone else's spotlight. However, don't you find it a bit pathetic, that you have to always follow me like a lost mongrel, just to be in the center of attention? With or without a championship, I am always one of the most important people in Wrestleworld. I am the pillar of this place and you are well aware of it. Which makes you even more furious, that you will never be in the same place as me, no matter what you win. At the same time, you are fearing that I will move away from you and climb even higher than the top of the mountain. If it were otherwise, you wouldn't have attacked me when I was seconds away from becoming three times Shogun Champion. You weren't a belt holder then, and it wasn't your business in the least what happened to me, Sabertooth, and that title. It just pissed you off that with the next reign, not only would I be above you in the hierarchy, but also I would be unreachable for you, you mischievous bitch.

*The man adds another finger, suggesting he moves to the next section.*

It hurt you so much that you were willing to sacrifice your honor, pride to be involved in something that had nothing to do with you. Not to mention the fact that you brought some stupid friend with you, because you knew you couldn't handle two pillars on your own.At the same time showing how weak you are. At this point, I want to throw up when I think that you were the champion after me. Especially since you don't understand at all what the Shogun Championship is. More importantly, you don't realize what the champion role is, which is important to any company. This is why it makes me believe in one thing. If you have failed with such an easy thing, you shouldn't even think about becoming a king, or queen if you prefer. This position is definitely beyond your competences. Especially since you are not able to sacrifice yourself in the right way to take care of the role that has been given to you. In this way, you only bring shame to the company and to yourself. So why not ask yourself if it's worth sacrificing your dignity for success, Emmy? Because honestly, just winning something doesn't make you a winner. You are actually a pity loser who lives in a world of your own limitations. However, to be honest, I don't think anyone like you will understand what I am saying anyway. After all, you have repeatedly shown that not only do you not care about your own honor, but you never had one.

*The Japanese man drops his hand down and places it back on his thigh. Despite this, you can guess that he still continues his statement.*

You may start to wonder what all of this is for? What is so important for you to behave in such a reprehensible manner? Perhaps with some noble reason it might be possible to turn a blind eye to your unpleasant personality and lack of competence. The thing is, there is no such a thing, because everything you do is just your own whim to please your ego. There is nothing wrong with taking care of your well-being, but focusing only on hedonism is a bit sad. Not to mention that it is simply ignorant and egoistic, but that's what you are. You don't care about anything more, but just getting what you want. Not because it is relevant for you, since you have repeatedly said how deep in your ass you have this industry and you actually despise it. You want it all, because you've got some fucking superiority complex. Behavior worthy of a spoiled rich kid who never heard the word 'no' in her life. The thing is, at some point you will stop getting what the princess wants. What will happen then? Well, too much ego and arrogance turns into unstoppable despair. And actually, the moment of your first significant loss was what defined you for me. Instead of getting your shit together right away and showing that you are a strong woman, you started doing some kind of theater. In addition, it was just sinking into stereotypes. So what happened when Sabertooth defeated you during ARCADIA? You took offense at the whole world, Emmy. What's more, you cut your hair because of your hysteria. Then you were trying to pretend that what was really not controlling your emotions, was a planned move that was supposed to give you new strength. The thing is, that's bullshit. We can all perfectly see that even if you gave yourself another chance, you are not the same as before. This bright new superstar slowly faded away and is now barely shining. Why? Because your heart is overwhelmed with regret. A regret that keeps you in the same place, because you haven't learned yet that you can't always win. Listen. Even the best sometimes have to step aside for someone else to get a chance. Even if it is not pleasant, it is not a reason to despair, because if you are good it is only a matter of time before the next chance for the title or tournament comes. That's why, if you don't accept it, you will never regain the spark you had once. What is worse, in an act of desperation, you will do more foolish things to prove that you are someone else. You will allow your egoism to take control of you just to feel important, pushing yourself where nobody needs you. Mainly because you are greedy for the attention of others. You cannot live without everyone's eyes being on you. I suppose that this desire for attention was one of the reasons you came to the indystry that you hate so much.Which doesn't change the fact, it's still fucking hypocrisy to me. That's why, I think you either lie that you never cared or you are just stupid. There is nothing in between. Especially since. If you don't care, can you be considered a wrestler at all in that case? A performer, of course, but not a wrestler. If you don't respect what you do then you are not worthy to be considered a part of it, because it's like admitting that you don't respect yourself. Though I wouldn't be surprised if all of this was acting to be some edgy girl. I'm sorry Emmy, but that was cool ages ago. You really need to stop making yourself a clown in your own circus. Because no matter what your true motives are, there is no other word for it. It is all pathetic and disgusting that you use such a large platform in such a way. That's why you do not have the right to be the face of this company. Because you don't understand that it's not always about you and your whims, but sometimes you have to think about others as well. However, you have never shown any interest in anything other than your own bitch ass. It looks like greed has fully absorbed you at such a young age.

Already at this stage of your life, you can see that your behavior is not aging like fine wine, so it is scary to think what will take place next. What will happen to you if no one reasonably speaks to you? You'll be mired in fucking solitude. Nobody will want to hang out with you. You'll never have someone to rely on, because others will know that you don't care about them anyway. So why take care of someone who sees nothing but the tip of their own nose? This is simply stupid, and smart people don't like being fools. Perhaps, it seems to you now, that this is not a problem and that you do not need others. In the end, you can buy yourself some companions, but no paid bodyguard, manager or other shit can match the real desire to be on someone else's side. Mainly because you are extremely important to such a person, and in the case of an employee, they will support you as long as they like the working conditions. At any moment, they can just leave you. Especially since I am pretty sure they are fed up with your nasty behavior as well. The only thing keeping them with you is money, Emmy. If you hadn't had that, you'd already be lonely for a long time. Though, my theory is that you've started to feel this way anyway. That's why you walk in the corridors like a ghost and try to get into a fight with everyone you meet. Without taking into account the consequences of such childish behavior. Actually, if we look at it from a different perspective. It is your fault that you are no longer a champion. After all, you started an argument with Sabertooth, which ended up with him taking advantage of you and securing a title win. You got all of that on your own wish, and that's a good thing. You deserved nothing more. However, after all, you still haven't learned that you should be careful about who you are talking to. I suppose, it's just a matter of the aforementioned superiority complex, that prevents you from judging the situation correctly. That's why you push yourself towards everyone, just to be near the other person, not realizing that there are many people who are stronger in this company than you are. One or two matches don't change that. Neither would the position of the Queen, Emmy. You would still be abandoned by everyone and even make more enemies that you cannot deal with. This would give rise to a void whose roots are already in you anyway. They are just waiting to grow. And then there will be no turning back. Knowing your attitude to everything and your aggression, then you will only be left with madness. Perhaps you would even become something similar to RD3, which you despise after all. You see, Reggie, used to be a lot like you, but he became a fucking freak, because no one stopped him at the right moment. You know. Perhaps, it's even good that you met him. At least you can see a picture of yourself in the next few years.

*Arata takes a deep breath and rubs a finger across his beard.*

However, it doesn't stop there. These nine things make one, that is especially important. Namely, the destruction, that will be a finish line for you and your career. Even if at the moment it all seems harmless to you, the closer you are to this point, the more you will feel it. The more fear will arise in you. More and more hopelessness will appear, especially since we all know how poorly you cope in difficult situations. Until you finally give up completely, but your body and mind will be so damaged that you won't have a chance to do anything else. To sum up. You have no future at the moment, Emmy. There is only the present and it is not known how long it will last. While the king cannot be in such a fragile condition. The King must be someone for whom the future is always the most important thing and is ready to participate in this.

*The man takes a replica of the crown from the table and watches it carefully while still talking.*

I hope you opened your eyes a little after all of this and realized that that one match at War of the Worlds meant nothing. The truth is, I have always been and will always be stronger than you in every aspect, especially when it comes to psyche and competence. You were just a little lucky that evening, but this time it won't be what you want. This time I will make you understand that all you can do is clean my shoes, conceited bitch. But most of all, I want you to realize how useless you are. If what I said today was not enough, you will find out in the ring that this is undeniable truth. You see. While you were too busy feeling sorry for yourself, I entered a whole different level. And while we are both competing for the title of king, I have my game equal to the god level at this point, Emmy. Jeff has found out firsthand what happens with such mindless ignorants. If you don't look at it differently, you will end up just like him.

However, it doesn't change the fact that it will only help you to survive a little longer, because we all know what we'll hear at the end of this night. All hail King Arata!
