| FINAL DESTINATION Havoc is seen sitting on his throne, surprisingly with a smirk on his face, considering the fact that he lost his place in the King of The World Tournament. But deep inside, Havoc appreciated the tenacity shown by his mortal enemy, Tristan Killebrew. He wanted to see the REAL Tristan Killebrew that Babayka had chosen along with him and at the last chapter, Havoc finally got to meet that man. Still clutching on tightly to his European Championship, Havoc doesn’t seem too bothered by the loss at hand. In fact, he looks rather excited for the possibilities ahead of him. “I-- I should be upset. Normally, I would have taken this time to discredit my opponent and call them out for a ‘fluke’ victory-- and yet nobody would ever tell me otherwise because of how RARE that is. Chapter 11 was another installment of the ongoing saga between myself and Tristan… Everybody expected the same result as the last N number of times that we have faced each other in that ring. Everybody expected the Nightmare King to inch one step closer on becoming the KING of the World. Yet I sit here, having lost that opportunity. Now, it goes without saying that this title bestowed upon the victor brings a lot of eyes along with it. That sort of attention and support that you will get by being crowned the King, was EXACTLY what I needed to expand upon my movement to change this world. Alas, what has happened cannot be changed…. BUT-- there is a silver lining to grasp upon for hope. The CHOSEN one finally showed his true colors and in that moment-- when pain should be taking over my senses, all I could think about was him. HE did it! HE finally embraced his true self and that sight was something to behold! I won’t lie to you, it took me by surprise. After the odds stacked against him at Badlands, he CHOSE to not fight me with everything he had in him. He could have won the European Championship-- YET he chose not to show his true self to me. I had given up on the Tristan Killebrew that Babayka himself had chosen. I considered it a false prophecy-- it was never meant to be… UNTIL Chapter 11. Tristan took matters into his own hands and RELENTLESSLY tried to put me down. With EVERY strike, I felt his anger bubble inside of him and EXPLODE in front of our very eyes. Tristan Killebrew DID NO give in to the dark side…. On the contrary, Tristan Killebrew has finally seen the light. He has seen his true self within him and he has acted upon his will to strike me down. AND I CANNOT BE ANY HAPPIER! Yes-- the victory would have brought me temporary relief but it would have been a massive disappointment knowing that Tristan Killebrew failed to see his true self yet again. I don’t have to worry about that anymore! Things have FINALLY gotten interesting and the TRUE FIGHT begins now. Tristan, I know without a doubt in my mind, that you will become the King of the World. I saw it in you! I saw the fire in your eyes and the desire to BURN the world around you, with every chair shot-- every kick-- with blood streaming down the back of my head! You will win! And with that, the next chapter in our story would unfold. I have waited FAR too long to see this come to fruition-- the future Babayka had shown me! I WANTED IT! I NEEDED IT! And now, I can finally get what I want. I’ll be watching over you, Tristan. You cannot fail now… Our story will be incomplete without it. Channel in that energy and become the KING that you were destined to be. And when you do win-- I’ll be waiting for you. I‘ll be waiting to do it all over again. I’ll be waiting to get your blood on my hands once again. For I NEED you… This WORLD needs you! See you soon, Tristan.” He maniacally chuckled to himself, as if he was not letting the world in on a joke. Havoc struggles to stop himself from laughing-- trying to calm himself down with a deep breath. Moments pass by as Havoc finally regains his composure.“Now, to a man that I have heard a lot about. Reno Dumont-- The man that was once touted to be the inaugural Wrestleworld American Dream Champion. When that didn’t go to plan, he tried his hand with the Campeonatos de Parejas along with Nobi… THAT didn’t go to plan either! And now he finds himself as a side piece in the saga between Nobi and Claudia’s goons. The man who PROMISED that his victory at Violent Delights wasn’t a fluke. The man who credited Sabertooth for lighting a spark in him that was missing for YEARS. And that was the SPARK you were talking about, Reno? You have a habit of earning opportunities and not making anything of it. You know what I did with my title shot? The results that I bore are proudly in the grip of my hands! You may FEEL like you know me, but trust me Reno-- I am not the man you have faced before. And even HE was able to beat you… So just imagine what I could do to you. Reno, I may seem like a considerate person-- but my patience has run its course with you still yapping your mouth about being WORTHY of all the opportunities that you have gotten. Sure, you may have ‘earned’ it in many people’s eyes but the truth is far from it. After repeated failed attempts at revitalizing your career, THIS should be the time to call in quits. YET you keep taking the opportunities from other worthy contenders who deserve a shot… Isn’t that right, old man? I’ve heard that this bothers you quite a bit. You’re adamant about not being the old guard, while embodying it to its very core at this current state of your career. Normally, I’d try to preach and say that I can fix you-- Say that I can find a way for you to be the man that you once were! But that would be a lie, won’t it Reno? It’s not possible for you to even be that man anymore. You’ve got a family to worry about. You’re just trying to put food on the table and I cannot reprimand you for trying to get championship gold to get all the bonuses that come along with it. But-- It’s time to realize that your career ISN’T what it used to be and it will NEVER be that again. Nobi could not carry you to a victory either and the Wild Cards will be over before you even realize.” He shook his head in disappointment. Not that he expected anything from Reno Dumont. But the fact that he continues to be ‘delusional’ is what puts Havoc off. “Reno-- I do care about second chances. If it wasn’t for one, I wouldn’t be here. But how many fucking chances do you need?! You’ve tried and failed countless times and at this point, your persistence isn’t impressing anybody.. You’re just an annoying pest that won’t go away. Your general mediocrity makes me want to pity you but I just can’t bring myself to give you even a sliver of empathy because of who you are. Are you looking for another title opportunity? Perhaps you’ll fluke your way to another victory and DEMAND to face me for the European title. But deep down, even if you do pull some miracle at Dominion, you are bound to fail yet again. So, what is it that you desire? What is it that you want from me at Dominion? Is it a fight? Cause you’re not ready for that. Or are you considering changing beliefs and joining my movement? I cannot guarantee that you’d ever go back to who you used to be-- or at least who you claim to be. But I can at least give you the recognition and airtime that you’re likely to lose after repeated failure. You’re bound to be forgotten to time while I have already etched my name in history. I have the Gold. I have the throne. I may not be the King of the World, but I intend on being its Savior! I am not giving you a choice like I did with the rest of ‘em. This is your last chance-- Consider this a warning, Reno. When the time comes for a change and my people turn this world upside down, you will be nothing more than collateral damage. Or I could finish you at Dominion and end this chapter for good, Reno. You know exactly what I am capable of and maybe-- Just maybe, you should be afraid. Because you’re not Tristan Killebrew. I don’t NEED you, in actuality. This world will not be any different without Reno Dumont. And as for your wife and kids-- They could always use me as emotional support. After all, I help the unfortunate.” He snickers to himself with devious intent in his mind. He does not like Reno Dumont and he isn’t hiding away from it.“So, take your best shot. Just know, whatever you do will never be enough. Bow down to me and treat me like your King--- Or else, the consequences will be a MAJOR detriment to your career…. And your life. Remember, all you have to do is take my hand… And I promise you-- You will NEVER walk alone. A change is coming, Reno! GATHER AROUND! AND BE A PART OF HISTORY! THIS IS YOUR FINAL CHANCE! THIS IS YOUR FINAL DESTINATION!...” With a demonic smile on his face, Havoc waves at the camera slowly, looking dead behind the eyes before the scene fades to black. | |
